欢迎使用 HeartRateSync（以下简称"本应用"）。在使用本应用之前，请仔细阅读以下使用条款。使用本应用即表示您同意接受这些条款的约束。
1. 服务说明
HeartRateSync 是一款心率监测应用，通过 Apple Watch 采集心率数据，并在 iPhone、iPad 等设备上进行同步显示。本应用仅用于健康监测参考，不能替代专业医疗设备或医疗建议。
2. 用户责任
- 您需要拥有兼容的 Apple 设备（Apple Watch、iPhone 或 iPad）
- 您需要授权本应用访问 Apple HealthKit 数据
- 您对使用本应用产生的所有数据负责
- 如有健康问题，请咨询专业医生，不要仅依赖本应用的数据
3. 订阅服务
3.1 订阅类型
本应用提供以下订阅选项：
- 月度订阅
- 季度订阅
- 年度订阅
- 永久买断（一次性购买）
3.2 自动续期
重要提示：
- 订阅会自动续期，除非您在当前订阅周期结束前至少 24 小时取消
- 续期费用将在当前周期结束前 24 小时内从您的 Apple ID 账户扣除
- 购买后，您可以在 Apple ID 账户设置中管理订阅和关闭自动续期
3.3 免费试用
如果提供免费试用，试用期结束后将自动转为付费订阅，除非您在试用期结束前取消。
3.4 取消订阅
您可以随时取消订阅：
- 打开 iPhone 的"设置"应用
- 点击顶部的 Apple ID
- 选择"订阅"
- 找到 HeartRateSync，点击"取消订阅"
3.5 退款政策
所有购买和订阅由 Apple 处理。如需退款，请联系 Apple 支持。我们无法直接处理退款请求。
4. Pro 功能
订阅 Pro 版本后，您将获得以下功能：
- 心率趋势洞察（7天/30天）
- 自定义心率提醒阈值
- 画中画悬浮窗个性化（多种尺寸、颜色、自定义文案）
- iPad 端画中画功能
- 新功能抢先体验
5. 隐私保护
- 所有心率数据存储在您的设备本地和 Apple 健康应用中
- 我们不会收集、上传或分享您的健康数据
- iPhone 与 iPad 之间的数据传输通过本地网络直连，不经过互联网

6. 免责声明
重要声明：
- 本应用仅用于健康监测参考，不能替代专业医疗设备
- 心率数据的准确性取决于 Apple Watch 硬件

7. 知识产权

Welcome to HeartRateSync ("the App"). Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the App. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Service Description
HeartRateSync is a heart rate monitoring application that collects heart rate data via Apple Watch and displays it on iPhone, iPad, and other devices. This app is for health monitoring reference only and cannot replace professional medical devices or medical advice.
2. User Responsibilities
- You must own compatible Apple devices (Apple Watch, iPhone, or iPad)
- You must authorize the App to access Apple HealthKit data
- You are responsible for all data generated from using the App
- If you have health concerns, consult a professional doctor and do not rely solely on the App's data
3. Subscription Service
3.1 Subscription Types
The App offers the following subscription options:
- Monthly subscription
- Quarterly subscription
- Annual subscription
- Lifetime purchase (one-time payment)
3.2 Auto-Renewal
Important Notice:
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your Apple ID account will be charged within 24 hours before the current period ends
- After purchase, you can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings
3.3 Free Trial
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription after the trial period ends, unless you cancel before the trial ends.
3.4 Canceling Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone
- Tap your Apple ID at the top
- Select "Subscriptions"
- Find HeartRateSync and tap "Cancel Subscription"
3.5 Refund Policy
All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. For refunds, please contact Apple Support. We cannot directly process refund requests.
4. Pro Features
After subscribing to Pro, you will get:
- Heart rate trend insights (7/30 days)
- Custom heart rate alert thresholds
- Picture-in-Picture customization (sizes, colors, custom text)
- iPad Picture-in-Picture support
- Early access to new features
5. Privacy Protection
- All heart rate data is stored locally on your device and in Apple Health
- We do not collect, upload, or share your health data
- Data transfer between iPhone and iPad uses local network direct connection, not via the internet

6. Disclaimer
Important Statement:
- This app is for health monitoring reference only and cannot replace professional medical devices
- Heart rate data accuracy depends on Apple Watch hardware
- If you have health concerns, consult a professional doctor
- We are not responsible for any direct or indirect losses resulting from using this app
7. Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including but not limited to text, images, icons, and interface design, is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is prohibited.
8. Service Changes
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Use at any time, and updated terms will be posted in the App.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms should be resolved through friendly negotiation.
